Introduction

After reading through my "story" below, I realized that I had only written about times when I felt the worst over the last 4 years. I took it from my health journal I had been keeping. I decided I should put a little disclaimer here at the beginning, because I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me. There were lots of days that I felt okay. I've volunteered at my kids' school a lot, I've coached their sports teams, and I've been involved in our church. I also have my own web development business http://www.rogersconsulting.com/ I was blessed with my mother's positive nature that has kept me going. And, being a mom, you have to keep going for your kids' (and husband's) sake. So, even though the story below paints a pretty bleak picture of my life, it hasn't been. I've done lots of great things with my family and I'm a happy person. So, keep that in mind as you read.
